We have chosen to formalize our company and invest in corporate structuring with goals of expansion, increased market presence, and community partnerships.

Our objective is to establish two-way respectful working relationships with all our residents. We try to maintain each house as if it was our own family home. We do so by proactively checking the major systems and replacing items as their life cycle, efficiency, or look grow old.  Our product is all well above the ‘typical’ student rental condition, and we take pride in the progress we have made with upgrades and renovations in each house. More important than location or condition, the service we provide to our residents is what we believe will allow our company to continue to grow and thrive in the competitive Kingston student rental market.
